We do not presently offer a drop-in service and ask that you contact us by telephone or email in the first instance. An adviser will then make contact with you and offer a face-to-face appointment, if appropriate.

If your enquiry is about support with a food bank voucher, there is a dedicated Help Through Hardship Helpline. The service is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, except bank holidays. Please call 0808 208 2138.
If your enquiry is about a problem with a good or a service (e.g. a faulty car, or a problem with a builder), there is a dedicated Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline. The service is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, except bank holidays. Please call 0808 223 1133. You can also use the webchat service available here.
If your enquiry is about a new claim for Universal Credit, there is a dedicated Citizens Advice Help to Claim service. The service is available Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Please call 0800 144 8 444. You can also use the webchat service available here.
For any other issue, please call us on 01635 516605 (check with your phone provider for charges) and leave a message if a member of the reception team isn’t available. A volunteer adviser will return your call as soon as possible. We aim to respond to most enquiries within 5 working days. We are closed on bank holidays.

Wednesday – 9.30 to 3.30
Thursday – 9.30 to 12.00
