Anything Else / Local Office
For any other issue, please call us on 01635 516605 (check with your phone provider for charges) and leave a message if a member of the reception team isn’t available. A volunteer adviser will return your call as soon as possible. We aim to respond to most enquiries within 5 working days. We are closed on bank holidays.
Our volunteer advisers will call you back between the following times:
Monday – 9.30 to 3.30
Tuesday – 9.30 to 12.00
Wednesday – 9.30 to 3.30
Thursday – 9.30 to 12.00
To ensure we’re confidential, we will usually call you from a withheld number. We’ll make several attempts to call you, calling on at least two separate days. If we can’t reach you, we’ll leave a voicemail, text, or email with you.
Email Us
We have a webform that you can use to send us an enquiry anytime. Click here to access this. We aim to respond to most enquiries within 5 working days. If you use our webform, we’ll try to respond to you by email if we can.
Face-to-face
If possible, please contact us by telephone or our webform. If a face-to-face appointment is needed, an adviser can arrange this for you.
We offer a limited triage service by drop-in on Wednesdays between 9.45am and 11.45am. This is for a short chat with a volunteer to understand the issue and provide self-help information. If you need further advice, we’ll then arrange to follow up. If you can, please contact us by telephone or online as our drop-in can be busy.
